Completing his Bachelor's to Master's studies at Bina Nusantara University, he equipped himself with high competencies in the field of IT Support, Business Analytics, and Product Management. His professional experience includes a strategic role as a Business Intelligence Analyst at PT Freeport Indonesia and technical experience as a computer technician in Pekanbaru, which shaped his comprehensive expertise in managing hardware, software, and complex information system project management.
